A brand focused on empowering women to create, collaborate and cultivate a career, members of the team attended the Create & Cultivate conference in New York City in early May. The event featured panels with social media influencers, business founders, venture capitalists, plus a killer keynote from Martha Stewart. Rebecca, Missy and Tory packed up and headed to Brooklyn to network, gain insights and more importantly, inspiration from female entrepreneurs.

She regularly speaks at local and national events on a variety of subjects including: social media, PR, analytics and content strategy.

With a background in Digital Marketing, Tory is a Senior Social Media Strategist for Hubbard Interactive. She gets her kicks from figuring out how to take clients from all industries digital presence above and beyond. As a Google Analytics, Twitter Flight School and HubSpot Content Marketing certified professional, she sees the power that the digital world can have for a brand. The numbers never lie (usually), and she uses them to help guide marketing decisions. With a double degree in Communications and Spanish from Iowa State University, Tory uses her “Iowa Nice” background to connect with people from all walks of life. Even though she works in digital marketing, she still uses paper to make a list. Otherwise, you’ll find Tory practicing yoga followed by eating a pint of ice cream.


Rebecca Enrooth

Digital Project Manager

As the Digital Project Manger for Hubbard Interactive, Rebecca Enrooth is the primary contact for executing complex projects, digital and promotional campaigns. She provides oversight and guidance to cross-functional teams and is responsible for project execution and delivery. With a background in political arena, she has had the opportunity to work on unique projects for the Consortium Women Leaders in Public Service and United States Senator Amy Klobuchar. She hold a BA from St. Catherine’s University in Government Studies and a Mini MBA from University of St. Thomas in Executive Leadership and Operational Management.

Pat Laeger

Pat has over 10 years of creative production experience and has produced radio shows, video campaigns, podcasts, and other digital content. Pat is an outgoing introvert, a spreadsheet lover, an Oxford comma advocate, and an avid Mountain Dew drinker.
